CUISINE DESCRIPTION

'Prime' is our middle name for a reason! Fleming’s features USDA Prime corn-fed beef, aged to perfection for flavor and texture. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dry-aged and wet-aged sizes and cuts, ranging from Petite Filet Mignon to Prime Bone-In Ribeye. Fleming’s classically prepared steak with kosher salt and pepper seasoning is then broiled at 1,600 degrees. Or, join us any night of the week for our Filet & Lobster 3-course.
