WHICH RESTAURANTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
In Las Vegas, there are over 300 restaurants on a 3 1/2 mile stretch of Las Vegas Blvd. We work with restaurants all over the city to accommodate varying group sizes, cuisine types, vibes and budgets, and are always adding new restaurants and venues. Las Vegas is well known for reinventing itself, and the Vegas food scene is no different. We love working with new chefs and General Managers as restaurants change, resort properties open and new local hotspots emerge for group dining in Las Vegas.
HOW MANY GUESTS ARE CONSIDERED A GROUP?
Vegas Private Dining is designed to accommodate groups from as few as six to up to 1,000 guests or more for large-scale events. We can also help with venues for intimate groups that are looking for high-end, premium private dining experiences.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I GET A VENUE RECOMMENDATION?
After you submit the contact form, our team reviews the details about your event such as the date and time, budget, cuisine preferences and your desired “vibe” or vision for the event. Once we have a good idea of what you are looking for, we work with our Featured Venues - some of the best restaurants in Las Vegas for amazing group dining experiences - to find a match, check options and confirm availability. Once we find the perfect venue, you’ll receive a call back directly from the Group Dining Manager at that restaurant to review options and menus for your group and your budget. We take the guesswork, stress and endless games of phone tag out of planning a group dining outing Las Vegas.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MATCHED WITH A RESTAURANT?
Since group dining spaces book up well in advance, we like to work quickly! In most cases, we are able to match guests with their venue within a few days of receiving their event information. Our Featured Venues are incredible to work with, and sometimes we can match a guest and get them connected with their Group Dining Manager within 24 hours!
WHY NOT JUST CALL THE RESTAURANTS MYSELF?
Group dining experiences in Las Vegas are in high demand, and many of the best restaurants are booked many months in advance. Some restaurants look incredible on a website or brochure, but may not deliver on service or have the ability to handle group special requests. Our team has personally dined at all of our partner restaurants, and we know which venues can deliver. Our Featured Venues have gone above and beyond to accommodate Vegas Private Dining guests again and again, always delivering exceptional service, mouth watering dishes and incredible group dining experiences. Working with our team and booking a Featured Venue takes the guesswork - and the legwork - out of finding a perfect spot that can wow friends, family or clients. We also have great working relationships with our Featured Venues and are often able to to secure preferred dates, spaces, and menus for your group dining event. Plus, we do it all for free!
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
It’s completely free to you! We work with an incredible variety of dining and event venues to accommodate most cuisine types, price points, and locations throughout the city – our team saves the restaurant considerable time in back-and-forth communication with potential groups. This allows our restaurants to cover our costs so we can provide our services for free to the guest.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU COVER?
We handle everything from 6-person private dining experiences to special group outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, full restaurant buyouts and 1000-person convention dining events. Our team works with groups from all over the world, with all kinds of requests – and we almost always find the perfect place. Our Featured Venues specialize in group dining experiences and have worked with conventions, corporate meetings, company holiday parties, Fantasy Draft events, birthdays, weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more.
CAN YOU HELP WITH WEDDING RECEPTIONS?
Yes! All of our Featured Venues have private dining rooms that can create beautiful, memorable rehearsal dinners, accommodate unique and breathtaking wedding receptions and allow for that perfect post-wedding breakfast or brunch.
