CHICA AT THE VENETIAN
Chica Las Vegas delivers the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine combined with a dynamic wine and mixology program. Crafted by celebrity Latina chef Lorena Garcia, the diverse menu draws inspiration from classic renditions and will give guests the opportunity to explore the flavors of Latin American cuisine as one culture, with influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, among many more.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, Chica offers multiple private dining areas for groups to enjoy a variety of events, from cocktail parties to large seated dinners.

The Library at CHICA is a semi-private dining room with beautiful bookshelves full of spices, books and antique jewelry. The furniture in The Library can also be removed to accommodate a standing reception, high top tables and a tequila or rum tasting station.

THE GRILL & CEVICHE BAR

The Grill Area is an open rotisserie and churrasco grill which gives diners a view of the kitchen from the dining room. Our interior spaces draw on traditional Latin influences, adorned with ornate and authentic textures including handmade vintage tiles, bright accents & and colonial-styled ironwork.

LORENA GARCIA
Venezuelan-born restaurateur, TV personality, TV producer, philanthropist, and published author Lorena Garcia is currently one of the country’s leading chefs, well known for numerous TV series, a successful chain of restaurants, and cookbooks.
Garcia first embraced a love of food as a child, at family gatherings while growing up in Caracas, Venezuela. She holds a Bachelors degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University and an honorary doctorate in culinary arts. She took her first job as an apprentice at the Ritz-Carlton in Paris, subsequently working her way through Italy, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and China before returning to the U.S.
Garcia's latest restaurant project is CHICA at The Venetian. This exciting, diverse menu draws inspiration from classic renditions and gives guests the opportunity to explore the flavors of Latin American cuisine with influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, among many more.
