Established in 2005, Pampas dining is Individual, unique, and fulfilling.
Pampas reflects the tradition of the nomadic cowboys who roamed the Brazilian Pampas, a massive region of fertile grasslands in South America. Every night these cowboys would sit by a handmade fire pit and roast fresh meat over an open flame. Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse and Grille is a modern emporium reflecting this traditional style of food preparation, showcasing the richness of the land and the camaraderie that develops over the shared meal. A cosmopolitan dining space, complete with soaring wood ceilings, stone floors, a striking lounge and a glass enclosed wine cellar, Pampas sets the tone for a modern experience in an elegant and kinetic environment. The idea behind Pampas is simple. Fresh grilled meats and freshly prepared seafoods are transported to your table, presented and hand-carved, tableside. The array of meats is complimented by a buffet-style fresh bar offering numerous salads and side dishes.
